Frequently Asked Questions

Is NeuralMind really open source?

Yes. The core engine is MIT-licensed — full source on GitHub, no feature gates. Team and Enterprise tiers build on top with governance and deployment features, not by withholding the OSS core.

How does billing work for Team?

Per-seat monthly billing. Add or remove seats at any time; prorated adjustments apply. Annual commitments available at a discount.

Where is my team data stored?

All synapse data is stored locally by default. Team tier syncs through an encrypted relay we host; you can also self-host the relay. Enterprise runs entirely within your own infrastructure. We never train on your code.
